SLA and credits
Each eligible resource has its own monthly uptime and its own credit. See it measured, and find credits added to your wallet automatically.
On Startup and Business, Plexivo gives a 99.9% availability commitment for eligible customer resources. Every app, database and cache is measured on its own, and if one falls short in a month, a credit for that resource lands in your wallet without you asking. The Developer plan is best effort, for building and testing. Enterprise availability is set by your contract.
The binding terms are the Service Level Agreement, version 2026-10-27, in effect from 27 October 2026. Credits are owed from 1 November 2026. This page explains how to use it.
Per resource, per month#
- Covered: Plexivo App Runner, Plexivo Postgres, Plexivo MySQL and Plexivo Cache resources.
- Measured: every minute, all month. Each resource’s uptime is worked out for the calendar month in your organisation’s time zone.
- Credited: a share of that resource’s own charges for the month, larger the lower its uptime.
What counts as unavailable for each product, the credit table and what is not counted are in the Service Level Agreement.
See your uptime#
Observability → SLA & Uptime shows, for this month so far: your commitment, which resources met it and which are below, minutes not counted and why, scheduled maintenance, incidents, and the credits issued.
Credits, automatically#
Early each month, Plexivo works out the previous month’s uptime for every covered resource and adds any credit to your wallet. There is nothing to file. Every credit is listed in Billing → SLA credits and in your wallet’s transactions.
Keep your coverage#
- Your own changes, such as a restart, resize, redeploy or upgrade you start, are not counted from the moment you ask until the resource is healthy again.
- Maintenance announced at least five days ahead and done in your window is not counted. Choose a window that suits you; see Maintenance and versions.
- Notices: maintenance announcements are always emailed to your owners and admins, and maintenance counts as announced only when the email reached every one of them. Keep their email addresses working.
Plexivo publishes the measured results of its own recovery drills in Reliability reports, and live status at status.plexivo.io.
