What you receive

• Plexivo provides cloud services: applications, databases, caches, Kubernetes and storage that run on our platform. There are no physical goods and no shipping charges.

When it is delivered

• Your account is ready as soon as you verify your email address.
• Money you add appears in your wallet once the payment is confirmed.
• A resource is created when you approve it in the console, and the console shows its progress until it is running.

Invoices

• Invoices and receipts are available in the console under Billing and are sent to your account's email address.

• If something you paid for did not reach your account, open a support request in the console or write to support@plexivo.io.
