Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds and cancellation.
How cancelling works on Plexivo, and when money is refunded.
Version 2026-10-26 · Plexivo (OPC) Private Limited, India · Part of our Terms of Service
How you pay
- Plexivo is prepaid. You add money to your wallet, and the resources you run and your plan fee are charged from it. Every price is shown before you approve it.
- Customers billed in India pay in Indian rupees and receive a GST tax invoice.
Cancelling a resource
- You can stop or delete any app, database, cache or other resource at any time in the console. Charges for it stop when it stops.
- A deleted database keeps its backups for a short time so you can undo the deletion, as shown in the console when you delete it.
Cancelling your plan
- You can cancel your plan at any time under Settings → Plan. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and then ends.
- Plan fees already paid are not refunded, except in the cases listed below.
Refunds
- Money you add to your wallet is not refundable, except where the law requires it, when a payment was taken in error and you tell us within 30 days, or when we close your account or end a service without you having broken our Terms. In those cases we refund the unused balance you paid for.
- Refunds go back to the payment method you used. Your bank or card issuer may take a few working days to show it.
- Credits from us — trial, uptime (SLA), migration or promotional credits — can be used only on Plexivo, have no cash value and are not refunded.
Closing your account
- You can ask us to close your account at any time. We tell you before anything is deleted, so you can export your data first.
Questions
- To ask for a refund or cancel, open a support request in the console or write to support@plexivo.io. You can also reach us from our contact page.
