Plexivo for businesses

GST invoices, 12- and 36-month commitments, budgets, team controls and an availability commitment for customer-critical apps.

The Business plan is for apps your customers depend on: dedicated vCPU for every resource, automatic database failover, and the controls your finance and security teams expect.

GST invoices#

  • Each wallet top-up paid from India comes with a GST tax invoice in rupees, emailed as a PDF and kept in Billing → Invoices.
  • Add your GSTIN in Settings → Organisation and it appears on every invoice, with CGST and SGST or IGST shown by place of supply.
  • Indian customers pay in rupees at the month’s rate plus 18% GST; your wallet and prices stay in US dollars.

See GST invoices for India and Paying from India.

Commitments#

Commit to a monthly amount for 12 or 36 months in Billing → Commitments, and pay less for your resources; the longer term saves more. Each day, your resource charges up to the commitment are replaced by its daily fee. Start with what never stops, such as your main database. See Commitments.

Budgets and spending control#

  • Set a monthly budget and alerts at 50%, 75%, 90% and 100%.
  • See each resource’s cost, day by day, in Billing → Usage.
  • Give each automation key a monthly spend limit.

Team controls and audit#

  • Roles: one owner, admins who build, members who view. Grant billing to your finance team with a policy.
  • Service accounts for pipelines, so automation does not depend on one person. See IAM and service accounts.
  • Session limits and optional two-step verification. See Sessions.
  • Audit log of every change and every outside access, which nobody can edit. See Audit log.
  • Support access to secrets and data only with your approval. See Support and agency access.

Availability#

Business includes a 99.9% availability commitment for eligible customer resources, measured per resource, with credits added to your wallet automatically. Every Plexivo Postgres and Plexivo MySQL database runs a standby that takes over automatically if the primary fails, and maintenance switches over in seconds. See SLA and credits.

For businesses Before go-live: add your GSTIN, set a budget, pick maintenance windows outside business hours, and add an alert channel your on-call team watches.
