Every new organisation starts with the 14-day free trial, with no card needed. The trial starts with your first deployment. When you continue, your resources keep running at their normal price, with nothing to move. See Free trial.
Choose your plan#

Upgrade in Settings → Plan at any time; it starts at once, and what is left of your current term is taken off the price. Pay yearly, the default, or monthly. See Plans and billing and the pricing page.
Invite your team#
Invite co-founders and engineers as admins; keep billing with the owner, or grant it with a policy. See Teams and roles.
Keep costs predictable#
- Prepaid wallet. You spend what you have added, and Plexivo emails your owners before it runs low. See Wallet and currency.
- Monthly budget. Get an email at 50%, 75%, 90% or 100% of a budget you set. See Set a spend budget.
- Spend limits on keys. Cap what each CI pipeline or AI tool can create. See Monthly spend limit.
- Stop what you are not using. A stopped resource releases its compute; you pay only for its storage.
- Commit when usage is steady. A 12- or 36-month commitment lowers what you pay for resources.
Moving from another provider?#
Bring your database across with a guided copy, and apply for migration credits against your previous bill. See Migrate to Plexivo.
Go to production#
- Move to Startup so apps stay on and your eligible resources are covered by the SLA.
- Add your own domain in Networking → Custom domains; Plexivo manages its TLS certificate.
- Make your database private to its project.
- Add an alert channel and pick a maintenance window outside your busy hours.
- Ask every owner and admin to turn on two-step verification. It is optional, and worth it.
