Create your account

Sign up in two steps, confirm your email, and start with the 14-day free trial on the Developer plan. No card needed.

Your Plexivo account is an organisation: a home for your apps, databases, team and wallet. Creating one takes two steps and costs nothing.

Sign up#

  1. Open the sign-up page. Go to cloud.plexivo.io/register.
  2. Choose an account type. Pick Individual or Business at the top of the form.
  3. Tell us who you are. Enter your name (or your organisation’s name), email, billing country and state, what you will use Plexivo for, a phone number and your address. Your billing state sets the tax on your invoices.
  4. Add your GSTIN, if you have one. A business registered for GST in India can tick This organisation is registered for GST and enter its GSTIN. It appears on every invoice. You can also add it later.
  5. Choose a password. Use at least 12 characters.
  6. Agree and continue. Accept the Terms, Privacy Policy and Service Level Agreement, and confirm that you understand where your data lives: your apps and databases run in Mumbai and their backups are copied to Hyderabad, all in India.

No payment and no identity check happen at sign-up.

Confirm your email#

Plexivo sends a 6-digit code from noreply@plexivo.io. Enter it on the Check your email screen; it is checked as soon as you type the last digit. If it does not arrive, look in Spam or Promotions. Once the code expires, choose Send a new code.

Your free trial#

New accounts start on the Developer plan with the 14-day free trial: basic Plexivo App Runner, Plexivo Postgres, Plexivo MySQL and Plexivo Cache resources, up to 1 app, 1 database and 1 cache at a time. No credit card is needed. The trial starts with your first deployment.

Identity check in IndiaWhen you approve your first deployment in India, Plexivo may ask for your PAN, name and date of birth, with your explicit consent, to keep free trials to one per person. Without an Indian PAN, message us and we set you up through a manual review. Read Privacy for what is kept.
