Create a Plexivo MySQL database
Choose a name, a size, storage, backups, read replicas and a standby, and see the price and connection limit before you create.
A new Plexivo MySQL database is ready in a few minutes, with backups, TLS and a generated password from the start.
Create it#
- Start. Choose Create, then Plexivo MySQL.
- Name it. Enter the Database name: 3 to 40 lowercase letters, digits and dashes, starting with a letter and ending with a letter or digit. This is its name in Plexivo. Choose the project it belongs to.
- Version. MySQL 8.4 LTS is chosen for you.
- Choose the size and recovery. Under Size and recovery, pick the Database size, the Storage (from 5 GB, in 5 GB steps), how many days of Backups kept, any Read replicas (on plans that include them), and whether you want a Standby with automatic failover. The form shows Connections at this size.
- Check the price and deploy. The Estimated monthly cost is shown before you create. Choose the Deploy button, which carries your database’s name. Plexivo charges the price by the day.
What you get#
