Plexivo for enterprises

Availability set by contract, dedicated infrastructure, private access, security reviews, audit and support with escalation.

Enterprise is Plexivo shaped around your workload: contracted availability and scale, dedicated infrastructure, and controls your security team can verify. Talk to sales to start.

Availability by contract#

Your contract sets your availability commitment and your credits, up to 99.9%. Each eligible resource is checked every minute, and you can follow it in Observability → SLA & Uptime. See SLA and credits and the Service Level Agreement.

Dedicated infrastructure#

Every Enterprise resource gets dedicated vCPU. Once infrastructure dedicated to your organisation is set up for your contract, your resources are placed on it. Enterprise also sets higher limits by default, such as 256 vCPU and 512 GB of memory across your resources, 90 days of event history and 35 days of backups, and your contract can raise its quotas.

See every limit in Limits and quotas.

Private access#

  • Make databases and caches private to their project: only your apps and Plexivo Kubernetes workloads in that project reach them.
  • Or open them only to trusted IP addresses, up to 50 per resource on Enterprise by default.
  • Engineers reach private databases from their laptops through short-lived, encrypted CLI tunnels, each recorded in the audit log.

Security review#

  • Identity and access: three roles, policies, service accounts, scoped and expiring API keys, owner-set session limits and optional two-step verification. See IAM and service accounts.
  • Outside access: Plexivo support and agencies reveal secrets or data only with your time-limited approval; emergency access is emailed to you at once. See Support and agency access.
  • Evidence: an audit log nobody can edit, covering every change and every outside access. See Audit log.
  • Data residency: your apps, databases and backups stay in India. See Data residency.
  • Overview: Security overview and Security model. For a questionnaire, contact us.

Support and escalation#

Owners and admins open a ticket in Support with New ticket, choosing a Priority of Low, Normal, High or Urgent and, if it is about one resource, the Related resource (optional). The Support page shows who looks after your account and how to reach them. If an agency looks after your account, it answers first and can escalate your ticket to Plexivo. Incidents that affect you appear in Observability → Incidents with their updates, and platform status is at status.plexivo.io.

For enterprises Tell sales what your review needs at the start, and we will walk your security team through each control on this page.
